EUs New Battery Regulation: Comprehensive Regulatory Change
The Regulation on Batteries and Waste Batteries reviewed and adopted by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union will come into force on August 17, 2023. It aims to establish a sustainable battery management model, ensure the security of the supply chain, and reduce the environmental and social negative impacts of the entire battery life cycle.
