The concentration of export countries of Chinese photovoltaic products has decreased significantly. The Netherlands, Brazil and India are the main export destinations, and the United States and Europe are the actual final demand parties for photovoltaic products.
Sign a contract. The exporter signs a sales contract with the importer to determine the rights and obligations of both parties, as well as the specifications, quantity, price, delivery period, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Handle customs declaration procedures. The exporter declares the goods information to the customs according to the contract content and provides relevant documents, such as invoices, packing lists.It is recommended to verify through the following methods:---
Delivery and inspection. The exporter transports the goods to the designated place and conducts delivery and inspection with the importer to confirm that the goods are not damaged or missing, and signs the receipt.
Settlement and payment. The importer pays the payment for goods to the exporter according to the payment method agreed in the contract and obtains the bill of lading or other delivery vouchers.
Handle after - sales service. The exporter provides necessary after - sales service and technical support to the importer according to the contract agreement.
