The dumping investigation period of this case is set from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, while the injury investigation period starts from July 1, 2020, and lasts until June 30, 2023. The announcement takes effect on the day following its release.

It is worth noting that according to relevant Mexican laws, the Mexican Ministry of Economy has the right to retroactively levy anti - dumping duties on the products involved that have been declared to Mexico within 90 days before the implementation of the provisional anti - dumping measures.
